2008 Infiniti G37

Overview

The all-new Infiniti G37 replaces the G35 Coupe for 2008. The name change refers to the new engine, which has increased horsepower capacity. The 2008 Infiniti G37 is a true sports coupe with a powerful V-6 engine, rear-wheel drive, sports suspension, elegant interior and exterior.

Powertrain and Performance

The powerful 3.7-liter V-6 engine delivers a robust 330 horsepower. The Infiniti estimates fuel economy of 18 miles per gallon in the city and 24 mpg on the highway for the automatic G37; and 17/26 mpg (city/highway) for the manual.

Body and Styling

Essentially a coupe version of the G35 Sedan, the 2008 Infiniti G37 is available in three trim levels: Base, Journey and Sport 6MT. It is differentiated by unique styling and power doors. The base model comes standard with 18-inch wheels; bi-xenon headlights; keyless ignition; leather upholstery; eight-way driver and four-way passenger power seats; tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel; automatic climate control; folding rear seat; and CD/MP3 player with satellite radio and auxiliary audio jack. The Journey trim adds an eight-way power passenger seat; dual-zone automatic climate control; and an in-dash six-CD changer.

Safety Aspects

All 2008 Infiniti G37s come standard with stability control; traction control; front-seat side air bags; full-length curtain air bags; and front-seat active head restraints.
